What to know for Tours, Workshops, and Volunteer Events

92-1140 Makakilo Dr., Kapolei, HI 96707Park on the street near the playground and meet us on the sidewalk. Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early as we caravan promptly at the event start time.
The drive up the mountain takes about 30 minutes each way. We carpool together as a group. If you'd like to offer your car for carpooling, it must be insured. Otherwise, just ride with another guest! -
Please plan to arrive on time and stay for the full event. We need everyone to travel up and down the mountain as a group for safety and logistics. We make sure you get plenty of time to enjoy everything!

Everyone needs to complete two online waivers before you come:
Takes about 5 minutes!
Age requirements: Generally 14+ with a paid ticket (babies in carriers welcome, no ticket needed).

Everyone brings:
Reusable water bottle (stay hydrated!)
Workshops & Tours: Layer up — it's 10–15 degrees cooler on the ridge. Plan to remove shoes inside the cabin.
For Aina Workdays: Closed-toe shoes, long pants, long sleeves (tall grasses!), hat, sunscreen, bug spray. We provide gloves, but bring your own tools if you like. Bring lunch if you want.
Don't bring: Alcohol (think glamping — carry in, carry out!)

Workshops and Tours: Light bites will be provided.
For Aina Workdays: We provide water and a light snack. Bring your own lunch if you'd like, or just stay and talk story with the group after we're done!

We do offer options for private events and corporate events, however weddings and elopements are not allowed at the cabins. Camp Palehua does offer weddings - please contact them to inquire!

All private architecture tours are provided by our resident architect, Graham Hart and contingent on his availability. Generally most tours are three hours long, including up and down transportation.

There are no overnight stays at our cabins. But check out Camp Pālehua — they have overnight options across the mountain!

Note that a PCI rep will be on-site to help protect the space. Indoor access limited to talent and essential crew. A COI is required for all events and photoshoots.
